Our Team of Flooring Experts

Here’s a little bit more about our sales and management team:

Jon Hauglie, President/Owner

Jon was first on job sites with his father, Richard, as a child. He would help out by picking up scraps and cleaning during an install. As a teenager he helped his dad during the summer months by working in the warehouse.

In 1992 Jon officially started his career in flooring. He spent the first 15 years as an installer working with carpet, vinyl, VCT, LVT and Rubber flooring in both commercial and residential settings. Jon takes pride in staying current on the industry with continuing education. He has been through the Schluter Innovation Workshop and also Ardex Academy for Tile & Stone installation systems, Moisture Control Systems and Underlayments. Jon’s primary roles are sales, estimating and job supervising. He has a unique ability in finding the right product for each application whether it be carpet, tile, LVT, etc. Jon has spent years cultivating relationships with Hauglie’s vendors and, when needed, can be creative at value engineering projects without sacrificing quality.

Andria Skrypez, General Manager

Andria grew up in Red Wing, MN, where her parents owned a flooring store. She has remained on top of flooring trends and design most of her life and thoroughly enjoys assisting clients in selecting their flooring. Although Andria enjoys putting her creative side to work, her primary role at Hauglie’s is managing, scheduling, ordering and making sure business is running smooth every day.
