Our Team

  • Jon Hauglie
    Jon is the son of Hauglie’s, Inc. founder, Richard Hauglie.  Jon was born and raised into the floor covering world, helping his father during summer months while growing up.  Jon began selling and installing in 1992.  Since then he has been well educated in the vast array of flooring products available today as well as their installation techniques.  Jon prides himself with being able to sell the right product for each individual and unique project to best meet each customer’s needs.
  • Jim Cross
    Jim began installing flooring in 1985.  Jim takes pride in completing projects from start to finish the right way and his attention to detail has trickled down throughout the company.  While Jim often sells flooring to customers today, his primary tasks involve running the day to day operations within Hauglie’s. Jim keeps the books and manages the warehouse.  His business sense and intuition provide a strong foundation for all of Hauglie’s ventures.
